“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.”-Aristotle. BE short for Be Excellent was founded to address the diversity issue in technology. We work with individuals from underrepresented groups, providing individuals with a framework consisting of resources, tools, and mentoring allowing BE program graduates to thrive in the technology field.

We work collaboratively with top technology companies that have a desire to create a culture of diversity and inclusion. These organizations are provided with access to our pipeline of future technology leaders.
